Tim has more than 25 years of experience across science education, working from the classroom through to national and international curriculum and policy roles. Trained in the UK as a Physics teacher, he has built a career that combines practical teaching expertise with a broad understanding of system-level educational development.

Tim’s international teaching career includes significant roles in the Middle East, Africa, South East Asia and Europe. His global experience gives him a deep understanding of diverse educational systems, cultural adaptations and learner needs. He has held senior advisory roles in government ministries and large groups, playing a key role in national reform and overseeing curriculum strategy.

As a senior examiner, author, and trainer for OCR (Cambridge Assessment), Tim contributes directly to GCSE and GCE specifications used internationally. His publishing portfolio spans a wide range of global curricula, including the UK National Curriculum, IB, IGCSE and AP, and features textbooks developed for markets such as Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Ethiopia and the UK. This breadth of authorship underpins his deep understanding of curriculum standards from high-level conceptual design through to practical classroom implementation.

Tim brings together classroom experience, curriculum design, assessment expertise and strategic leadership to support the creation of effective and practical educational solutions.
