Amanda is an accomplished leader in education technology and project delivery, with over two decades of experience spanning global technology, assessment design, and platform development. She brings deep expertise in digital assessment, quality assurance, and project delivery - with a calm, methodical approach that ensures work gets done to the highest standards.

Her career began in global IT operations, where she developed a strong technical foundation before moving into education. She’s since worked across project management, delivery, and QA - always focused on improving outcomes for learners and supporting teams to deliver their best work.

At GL Education and Renaissance Learning, Amanda played a central role in the planning and delivery of new digital assessments used in schools around the world. Her work included design and management of large-scale item trials and standardisation studies, conducted in the UK and UAE. She has extensive experience of trial management, leading on school recruitment, partner engagement, and delivery coordination. She was also instrumental in the migration of a major educational testing platform – overseeing testing strategy, coordinating development teams, and managing scoring and reporting functions to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality user experience.

With a strong background in project management, Amanda oversees a range of projects, including capital works and transformation and is keen to continue working across a range of projects. Her experience spans the full lifecycle of digital assessment - from governance and testing to platform integration and field implementation.

Amanda holds certifications in APM PMQ, Scrum, ISTQB, and Six Sigma. She is completing a BSc in Project Management and is working towards Chartered Project Professional status with the Association for Project Management.

Outside of work, she’s a keen equestrian and a panel judge for the British Show Pony Society.
